These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and ciri4d (the "Platform," "Service," "We," "Us," or "Our"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the ciri4d website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions in full. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to create an Account and use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. ciri4d reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to be held by individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all balances forfeited.
The Platform is targeted at users residing in Indonesia. By creating an Account, you confirm that you are physically located in Indonesia at the time of registration and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. ciri4d operates under an international gaming license and does not hold a license issued by the Indonesian government. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws.
The Platform is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or where ciri4d is legally restricted from offering services. This includes, but is not limited to, the United States, France, the United Kingdom (without proper UKGC licensing), Australia, and certain other jurisdictions. ciri4d reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You further confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from using the Platform. You agree that funds deposited into your Account are your own and are not derived from illegal activities.
To use the Platform, you must create an Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You agree to provide truthful information and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. ciri4d reserves the right to reject any registration request or to close any Account that provides false, misleading, or incomplete information.
As part of our commitment to responsible gaming and compliance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) regulations, ciri4d requires all users to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to upload a government-issued identity document (Indonesian national ID or KTP), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement), and a selfie photograph holding your ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals.
ciri4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, age, or the source of funds. All documents submitted are stored securely and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Verification is typically completed within 1 to 24 hours, but may take longer during periods of high volume or if additional documentation is required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party, and you agree to notify ciri4d immediately if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without authorization. ciri4d is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain secure credentials.
You may only hold one (1) Account per person. Multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or Accounts created to abuse bonuses or promotions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
ciri4d supports deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI, Bank Permata) and e-wallets (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). The minimum deposit amount is fifty thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 50.000). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified by your payment provider. All deposits are processed instantly, and funds appear in your Account balance immediately upon confirmation by the payment gateway.
You agree that all deposits are made voluntarily and that you are depositing funds that you can afford to lose. ciri4d does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your payment method must match the name on your ciri4d Account. Deposits made from unverified or third-party accounts will be refunded (minus any applicable processing fees), and your Account may be suspended pending investigation.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and fulfillment of any bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, unless otherwise approved by ciri4d. Standard processing time for withdrawals to Indonesian banks and e-wallets is under three (3) minutes for verified accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is one hundred thousand Indonesian Rupiah (Rp 100.000).
ciri4d does not charge fees for standard withdrawals to Indonesian banks and e-wallets. However, your payment provider may impose their own processing fees, currency conversion charges, or transaction limits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or payment provider. ciri4d reserves the right to request additional verification or documentation before processing large withdrawals or withdrawals from newly verified accounts.
ciri4d is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. If ciri4d suspects that your Account is being used for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity, we reserve the right to freeze your Account, confiscate funds, and report the activity to the relevant authorities. You agree to cooperate fully with any investigation and to provide any documentation requested by ciri4d or law enforcement.
ciri4d offers various bonuses and promotions, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty rewards. Bonus eligibility, amounts, and terms are subject to change at ciri4d's sole discretion. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to new and existing players who meet the specified criteria. Each bonus offer is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are displayed on the promotion page at the time of the offer.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page and typically range from five (5) times to forty (40) times the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
Bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited if wagering requirements are not completed within the specified validity period. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonus funds exclusively on low-risk betting strategies, or any other attempt to exploit bonus terms, will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and potential legal action.
All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the game or sporting event on which the bet is placed. ciri4d offers a wide range of betting markets, including sports betting (football, basketball, tennis, and more), live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack), slot games, togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery), and other wagering products. Rules for each game category are available on the Platform and should be reviewed before placing a bet.
Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or voided unless the event is canceled or postponed as per the official rules. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or obvious pricing error, ciri4d reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. All bets are settled based on the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport or game (e.g., FIFA for football, official casino game outcomes).
For sports betting, ciri4d follows industry-standard settlement rules. In the event of a match postponement, bets remain valid if the match is rescheduled within 48 hours. If the match is not rescheduled or is abandoned before completion, bets are voided and stakes refunded. For live in-play betting, odds are updated in real-time based on match events. ciri4d is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers or network latency.
All casino games and slot games on ciri4d are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms and cannot be influenced by the Platform or any third party. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the long-term theoretical payout rate. Individual sessions may vary significantly from published RTP due to variance and randomness.
ciri4d strives to maintain continuous Platform availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, server failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events. ciri4d is not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, service interruptions, or technical malfunctions. You agree to use the Platform at your own risk.
The Platform and all services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ciri4d makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content, odds, results, or information displayed on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that there is no guarantee of winning.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ciri4d, its directors, employees, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform is to discontinue use.
In jurisdictions where limitation of liability is not permitted, ciri4d's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall ciri4d's total liability to you exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time of the claim.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Upon closure, you may withdraw any remaining balance, subject to completion of wagering requirements and KYC verification. Once closed, your Account cannot be reopened, and you will need to register a new Account if you wish to use the Platform again.
If you believe that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may request a self-exclusion period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or longer. ciri4d reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe that you have breached these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:
Upon suspension or termination, ciri4d may withhold or confiscate any funds in your Account if there is reasonable evidence of breach, fraud, or illegal activity. You will be notified of the reasons for suspension or termination and will have an opportunity to respond. Final decisions on Account termination rest solely with ciri4d.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ciri4d holds its international gaming license. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between you and ciri4d, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter to our complaints department by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." We will investigate your complaint and respond within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute remains unresolved, you may seek mediation or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the governing jurisdiction. You agree to waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against ciri4d.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

If you do not agree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
